Bona Bista itself is known as a safe, quiet, and child-friendly residential area. The neighborhood has an active homeowners’ association and a well-maintained playground - nice for families who appreciate a calm environment with a local, residential vibe.
Good to know: there are stairs to get into the house. A foldable baby bed is available (suitable for children up to 2 years old).
Monthly rate: $2500 excluding utilities (electric and water), including internet and gardening services once a month.
