Upstairs, the home opens into a spacious living area positioned on the wind, designed to catch the breeze and keep things comfortable. On this level there are also 2 additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside, the villa really opens up. A large fenced garden offers plenty of space for kids to play and for quiet mornings or sunset evenings by the pool. Both garden maintenance (once per month) and pool maintenance are included in the rent, so everything stays in great shape without the hassle.
